This Privacy Policy describes how Steve Techno ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications ("Apps"). It applies to all apps we publish on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

By downloading or using our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of our Apps.

This policy is written in compliance with:

• Google Play Developer Policy — User Data policy & Families Policy
• Apple App Store Review Guidelines — Section 5.1 Privacy
• GDPR — General Data Protection Regulation (EU/EEA)
• COPPA — Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (US)
• CCPA — California Consumer Privacy Act

This Privacy Policy applies to all applications published by Steve Techno, including but not limited to:

• World Tour Truck Driver — Package: com.srmhk.worldtour.truck.empire
• Open World : Fear Region — Package: com.free.city.open.world
• Bus Driver Simulator Highway — Package: com.bus.driver.simulation.highway.ride

Any new apps published by Steve Techno will also be governed by this Privacy Policy unless a separate policy is provided.

We want to be fully transparent about what data is collected when you use our Apps.

Data collected automatically through ad SDKs:

• Advertising ID (GAID / IDFA) — A resettable device identifier used by ad networks to show relevant ads and measure ad performance. You can reset or opt out of this at any time.
• IP Address — Used to determine approximate geographic location (country/city level) for ad targeting. We do not store raw IP addresses.
• Approximate Location — Coarse location (country or region) derived from IP address. We do not request GPS or precise location permission.
• Device Information — Device model, manufacturer, OS version, screen resolution, language, timezone, and available storage — used for app compatibility and ad rendering.
• Network Information — Connection type (WiFi/cellular), mobile carrier name — used for ad delivery optimisation.
• App Usage Data — Session start/end times, in-app events (e.g. level started, ad viewed), crash logs — used to improve app performance.
• Ad Interaction Data — Whether an ad was shown, clicked, or completed — used for ad billing and fraud detection.

Data we do NOT collect:

• Full name, email address, phone number, or physical address
• Payment or financial information
• Precise GPS location
• Photos, contacts, or microphone/camera access
• Social media accounts or login credentials
• Any data from children under 13 years of age

Data is collected through the following methods:

• Third-Party Ad SDKs — When you open our apps or view/interact with an ad, integrated SDKs (AdMob, Ad Manager, Unity Ads, Liftoff) automatically collect the data listed above according to their own privacy policies.
• Crash Reporting — If the app crashes, anonymous crash data is automatically sent to help us fix bugs.
• App Analytics — Basic usage metrics (sessions, retention) collected to understand overall app health. No personal identifiers are attached.

We use collected data for the following legitimate purposes:

• Serving Advertisements — Our apps are free to download. Advertising revenue allows us to keep them free. Ad SDKs use your data to show relevant ads.
• Ad Measurement & Attribution — To measure how effective ad campaigns are and ensure advertisers pay correctly.
• Fraud Prevention — To detect and block invalid ad traffic and click fraud.
• App Performance — To identify crashes, bugs, and performance issues so we can fix them.
• Legal Compliance — To comply with Google Play policies, Apple guidelines, and applicable laws.

We do not use your data for profiling outside of ad contexts, selling to data brokers, or any purpose not listed above.

Our apps integrate the following third-party advertising SDKs. Each operates under its own privacy policy and may independently collect data from your device. We encourage you to review their policies:

Data may be shared only in the following strictly limited circumstances:

• Ad Network Partners — Data is shared with the ad SDKs listed in Section 6 solely for the purpose of ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
• Legal Obligations — If required by law, court order, government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Steve Techno or others.
• Business Transfer — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all/part of our assets, user data may be transferred. We will notify users via an in-app notice or updated privacy policy before any such transfer.
• Consent — With your explicit consent for any other purpose not listed here.

Steve Techno does not directly store personal data on our own servers. Data collected by third-party ad SDKs is retained according to each SDK provider's own retention policies.

Anonymised crash logs and app analytics may be retained for up to 12 months for the purpose of improving app quality, after which they are automatically deleted.

You can request deletion of any data associated with your device at any time by contacting us at publisher@stevetechno.com. We will forward your request to the relevant SDK providers.

We comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Google Play Families Policy, and Apple App Store children's privacy requirements:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• We do not allow behaviorally targeted advertising directed at children
• Our apps do not contain features that encourage children to share personal information
• All integrated ad SDKs are configured in compliance with child-directed treatment settings where required

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at publisher@stevetechno.com. We will take immediate steps to delete such information from our systems and request deletion from all third-party SDK providers.

We take reasonable and appropriate technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:

• HTTPS / TLS Encryption — All data transmitted between our apps and servers uses industry-standard TLS encryption
• Minimal Data Principle — We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the stated purposes
• No Sensitive Permissions — Our apps do not request sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location
• SDK Security Reviews — All integrated third-party SDKs are reviewed for security and compliance before integration and on each update

While we implement strong security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your data:

Opt out of personalised advertising:

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation"
• iOS (iPhone/iPad): Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

GDPR Rights (EU / EEA users):

• Right of Access — Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Right to Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to Restrict Processing — Request that we limit how we use your data
• Right to Data Portability — Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Right to Object — Object to processing of your data for direct marketing

CCPA Rights (California users):

• Right to know what personal information is collected, used, or disclosed
• Right to delete personal information
• Right to opt-out of sale of personal information (we do not sell data)
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
